- 3 / 5By Casey BenefieldI used to say five stars. However, ever since the manager moved to a higher position, this store has not been that great. Just "normal."... if you call standard transactional service normal.
What I mean by that, is too often, you as a customer aren't seen as a person, or even as a number. You aren't even a shadow of a number sometimes. In this case, the cashier's attitude is usually "I'll never see you ever again, why should I care?"
That is what is wrong with many fast food restaurants.... Again, it used to be 5 stars. It will remain 3 or lower, until the attitude, culture is changed.
