  I went in and got terrible service. The young girl had a blank look on her face and never any friendliness! The store needs gr8 management and fast!! Wake up G.M.'s DO YOUR JOB AND YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL FOLLOW SUIT. I ran businesses for too long and this donut shop needs Help! Clean more, and put out donuts so customers can have what they want. I went in 2nd time and still no donuts I like, so I left. Ridiculous! Get new management!!

  Despite reading the horrible reviews I decided to give it a shot and today I received great service. The donuts were pretty good and I'm enjoying my iced coffee. It's 2017 now and it seems they've gotten their act together. I'd go back again.

  Most disrespectful manager ever. She was rude to the woman and man in front of me, talked about them when they left, refused to give a customer her receipt after she asked for it five times. When I said the lady was justified for being mad after the manager talked about her when she left. The manager asked me what I was waiting on and then told her employee to hurry and make mine so I could leave. At one point the manager looked at some other customers in line and said that's just the demographics that she deals with. Her employee made my coffee and apologized to me as she handed it to me. The manager sets the tone for the business, the owner needs that manager gone.
